My current workout schedule.


Day Workout How Notes
Sunday Long Run EZ pace - 9:00/mile
Monday Swim 1 hour Masters
Tuesday Easy Run EZ pace - 9:00/mile
Wednesday LT Run / Bike / Brick LT pace - 7:20/mile Bike night is 1.5 hours easy, brick is 45 minutes bike, 2-3 mile run at EZ pace.
Thursday Easy Run EZ pace - 9:00
Friday Swim 1 hour Masters
Saturday Long bike / Hard bike (Cyclesport) / Run 5m with Jake at EZ pace Long ride - I hope to get to 3-4 hours. CS ride is 25 miles in about 1 hour.
